At Nanny & Nest, we know no family is one-size-fits-all. We take the time to truly get to know our families and our candidates—because the best matches are built on trust, understanding, and shared values. Having a dedicated household employee doesn’t just fill a role—it brings ease and balance to your life. With a nanny, your children receive one-on-one attention, tailored care, flexibility, and help with child-related chores. With Nanny & Nest, you get more than just the perfect nanny—you gain a community. Families enjoy safe, fun nanny-and-kiddo playdates, group outings, and the reassurance of reliable backup care. Plus, our agency provides ongoing support for both families and employees, ensuring the placement continues to thrive long after the initial match is made. Our goal is to create placements that support parents, value caregivers, and help every child thrive.
Our process begins with a one-on-one consultation where we sit down—face-to-face and talk through what makes your family unique. I want to understand your routines, priorities, and must-haves for the perfect caregiver. From there, we’ll create a clear, detailed job description that reflects your family’s needs and values.
After our consultation, I’ll put together your personalized family profile and create a job listing that reflects exactly what you’re looking for. While you sit back, I’ll be busy curating the perfect candidates for your family.
You’ll receive 3–5 carefully selected candidate profiles to review. Once you’ve chosen who you’d like to meet, I’ll assist you in arranging interviews—either over Zoom or in person—and schedule trial days so you can see each candidate in action.
After you’ve chosen your preferred candidate, I’ll help you put together the job offer and get contracts signed—making sure every detail is clear and easy for both you and your new caregiver.
My support doesn’t end with the placement! Nanny & Nest helps track payroll, time off, and holiday pay, and we continue to offer communication tips, curriculum support, and even fun parent-night-out and community events. You’ll always have me in your corner as your family grows and your needs evolve.
