This is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other better. You’ll share your strengths, experience, and personality, and we’ll share more about Nanny & Nest. The more we learn about you, the better we can match you with the right family.
Next, we’ll take everything we’ve gathered and help you prepare for success. Together, we’ll decide if Nanny & Nest is the right fit, create your caregiver profile, and get you interview-ready.
We’ll begin sending your resume to vetted families and arranging formal interviews. Families may also book 1–2 trial days so everyone feels confident in the match.
Once the right family is found, contracts are finalized, any last training is completed, and you’ll be on your way to starting your dream job!
